The crazy veggie filled salad

Before you make this salad, you must make my mom's *world famous marinated chicken*.

Chicken:

Ingredients:
Three large boneless skinless chicken breasts, filleted to half an inch thick (yields six pieces).
One bottle of Light Greek Feta and Oregano salad dressing.
One large container with a lid.

Instructions:
Stab your chicken with a fork until it has lots of tiny holes in it.
Pour your entire bottle of shaken dressing over the chicken.  Stir to coat it evenly.
Place in the fridge for 24 hours.
In a 400 degree oven, bake on parchment paper (discard extra marinade) for 35 mins.
Let it cool and cut into slices.  Store in a container in the fridge for wraps, salads or snacking!

Salad:

Ingredients:
1 any coloured pepper
1/2 of a cucumber
A handful of chopped up almonds
A head of ice berg lettuce
A handful of baby arugula [optional]
A slice of feta cheese [crumbled]
12 baby carrots cut
A tomato chopped up [optional]
Salad bowl
Greek Feta & Oregano

Instructions:
Wash all veggies and dry them.
Next dice the feta cheese, almonds, and veggies and put them in the salad bowl.
Now mix together with some of the chicken...and pour over top the Greek feta & oregano dressing.

That's it!! There's only one thing left to do.....ENJOY!!!!!
